Welcome to Frog and Donut's Shop! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Frog and Donut shop is a small, home-based business located in Colorado, USA, selling stickers, plushies, and novelty items. We are not a large corporation — orders are handled personally by us.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or inability to fulfill (e.g., out of stock).
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

3. Shipping

  • Processing times are typically 7 business days before an order ships.
  • We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed — delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

International Orders

  • We ship internationally to most countries, excluding those under shipping restrictions or U.S. trade sanctions.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, or handling fees charged by customs or the delivery carrier upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside our control.
  • We are required to accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments on customs forms. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue them to help avoid these fees.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, or for packages held, returned, or seized by customs authorities in the destination country.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Final Sale - No returns or exchanges

5. Lost Orders

  • For packages lost in transit, we'll work with you to file a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee a refund for shipping delays or losses outside our control once the package has left our hands, particularly for international orders.

6. Product Descriptions

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph all products, including size, materials, and color. Minor variations (e.g., dye lots, handmade imperfections) may occur and are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photos, and content on our site and products are the property of Frog and Donut and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frog and Donut is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.

9. Age and Product Safety

Some items may contain small parts and are not intended for children under [3] years old unless otherwise labeled. Please supervise young children around plush items and check product listings for age recommendations.

10. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process and ship your order (name, address, email). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our shop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
